* The pool & spa are for the use of HOA residents and their invited guests.
* Please observe the posted safety and sanitation rules.
* NO glass vessels. Paper, plastic, or cans only.
* NO pets in pool & spa area.
* NO running or horse-playing in pool & spa area.
* NO boisterous conduct.
* Bathing suits must be work at all times. No cut-offs or other street clothes will be permitted. No one wearing diapers is allowed in spas.
* Children under the age of 14 years must be attended to and supervised by an adult at all times.
* Listening devices are to be kept to a personal level at all times.
* No smoking inside pool & spa area.
