First Annual Holiday Light Contest – Award Presentation December 11th at Holiday Social

First Annual “Holiday Lights Decoration Contest” for the Vibe Community this Holiday Season!

We encourage all Vibe homeowners, both LX (single family homes) and Que (condos) to decorate their outdoor spaces. Let’s get creative Vibesters!

***Please note – Per HOA Rules, the dates allowed for holiday decorations are Thanksgiving to no later than 1 week after January 1st***

*Deadline to put your lights up for judging are 5pm on December 8th.*

Special Rules for Condo Owners
Condo owners are to use removable “lighting clips” along rooftop edges, building overhangs or fascia boards (causing no damage to building surfaces). No nails, screws, staples, cup hooks, etc are allowed.

Decorations may be hung on individual Owner entry gates & front doors provided no damage is caused and decorations within an Owner’s Exclusive Use Ara must be self-standing and not attached in any way to building exteriors.
